This position is targeted around significant growth through the South and Eastern suburbs, primarily based at Pakuranga.

Duties:

• Build the rent role to become the leading agency of choice for landlords and Investors
• Actively canvas for new business
• Build relationships with current landlords and investors to gain repeat and referral business
• Provide top service to clients
• Explain the benefits of Property Management to prospective clients
• Work closely with our team of Property Managers to achieve the common goal of growing a successful rent role
• Work closely with the sales team to extract all leads

Skills and Requirements

We are looking for exceptional individuals who display:
